Currently, we only offer delivery services to Hong Kong via SF Express.

Please make sure the recipient's name and delivery address are filled correctly.

Delivery will be made within 3 working days after payment is completed, upon receipt of completed shipping information.

How to track my package

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time.

We also encourage you to download the “SF Express HK” App in advance to get updates regarding the delivery status.

Please note that we are no longer responsible for the order once an item is shipped.

 

Return Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. Please note that we can not accept returns and exchanges unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

To ensure a prompt resolution, you must submit your request with your order number, reason for return, and a photo to kyaeditions@gmail.com, within 3 working days of your receipt of shipment. These requests will be evaluated within 3 working days. After confirmation, you will be provided with below solutions:

Defective item - exchange for another same style product; if the product is out of stock, we will exchange it for another style with the same value

Wrong item - exchange for another same style product

Both defective and wrong items will be required to be returned to us, and they must be in unused condition with the original packaging.

We only accept one time of return or exchange per order.

All products cannot be refunded.

Kya Editions reserves the right to the final decision in case of any disputes.
