Buyer Information

A customer is a person who purchases from the kyaeditions.com shopping site. The contact information, billing and delivery address provided during the process are used as a basis.

Contract of Sale

No contract will be formed until the buyer has received an order confirmation email from the seller.

Make a Purchase

When you purchase from us, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique order number; when your item has been delivered, you will receive an email confirmation of dispatch.

Product Description, Visual and Quality

We want you to feel confident when shopping on our website. All products are carefully selected to meet our high standards.

We take great care to accurately describe and photograph each item; differences in the colour, pattern, shape and finish may still occur between each piece of this unique handmade jewelry, made from natural materials.

Price

All prices on our website are defaulted in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), or in your chosen currency (if applicable).

When you submit your order, you are offering to buy the product(s) at the price set out in the order. The total amount payable by you will be displayed before you confirm your order and will be sent out in the confirmation email you receive from us.

Our prices may change at any time. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those including price. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions, product and price information without any notice being given.

Payment

All payments must be made at the time of order confirmation.

We accept:

Apple Pay, Google Pay

We will not dispatch the product(s) until we receive payment in full. We do not hold any of your payment details anywhere on the Site. They are passed securely to our payment processor for authorisation by your bank or payment provider.

Customs and Duty

Regarding International deliveries, additional customs or import duty charges may be incurred depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, and you will be responsible for them.

Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between
countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be.

Packaging

We make every effort to package your items in a safe and secure manner. You must retain any packaging if you want to make a return.

Delivery

Currently, we only offer delivery services to Hong Kong via SF Express.

Delivery will be made within 3 working days after payment is completed, upon receipt of completed shipping information as below:

Please make sure the above information is filled correctly. We also encourage you to download the “SF Express HK” App in advance to get updates regarding the delivery status.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for the order. We offer package protection through delivery, and you agreed to the terms that Kya Editions is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.

Exchanges, Returns and Refund

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase.

Please note that we can not accept returns and exchanges unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

To ensure a prompt resolution, you must submit your request with your order number, reason for return, and a photo to kyaeditions@gmail.com, within 3 working days of your receipt of shipment. These requests will be evaluated within 3 working days. After confirmation, you will be provided with below solutions:

Defective item - exchange for another same style product; if the product is out of stock, we will exchange it for another style with the same value

Wrong item - exchange for another same style product

Both defective and wrong items will be required to be returned to us, and they must be in unused condition with the original packaging.

We only accept one time of return or exchange per order.

All products cannot be refunded.

Kya Editions reserves the right to the final decision in case of any disputes.

Intellectual Property

We own the entire content of the site, including logos, brand elements, design, images, videos, title and text. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of our content or copies of our content supplied to you, or which appears on the Site nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial purposes, without the written consent of Kya Editions.

We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time; a regular visit to this page will ensure awareness of any future changes. Kya Editions reserves the right to final decision in case of any dispute.
